About The Position

Circle K is hiring a Customer Service Representative for its store in Tavares, Florida. The role provides customer service in a fast-paced retail environment and offers task variety, training, and opportunities for career growth. The representative will work throughout the store, both inside and outside, to maintain store standards and provide fast, friendly service. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required. Shift availability is flexible and may include days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Meet the physical requirements of the position: stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours; lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift; occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level; push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force; bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift; and grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, with eye-hand coordination and possible ladder use.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the store’s food program.
Work in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain standards for store appearance.
Interact with customers and work with the team to accomplish daily tasks.
Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
