About The Position
C. Woods Company, now Ace Hardware Home Services, is seeking a Customer Service Representative. This role involves answering incoming calls, accurately entering customer information, delivering excellent customer experiences, and building strong customer relationships. The representative will communicate clearly with field technicians, help coordinate their schedules, and dispatch them as needed to ensure smooth operations. This position also manages multi-day and multi-vendor projects from start to finish and requires a positive, team-first attitude, with a willingness to assist teammates. Ace Hardware Home Services is dedicated to providing helpful service to local communities and supporting over 5,800 neighborhood stores nationwide.
Requirements
- Recent experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- High level of integrity in both professional and personal conduct
- Growth mindset with a desire to continuously improve
- Ability to stay organized and perform well under pressure
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and accurately enter customer information in ServiceTitan in real time
- Deliver a great customer experience and build strong, lasting relationships
- Communicate clearly and positively with field technicians and help coordinate their schedules
- Dispatch and support technicians throughout the day to keep operations running smoothly
- Manage multi-day and multi-vendor projects from start to finish
- Support your team with a positive, team-first attitude
- Step in and assist teammates when needed
- Participate in an on-call rotation after hours as needed
