Ace Hardware is dedicated to providing helpful service to local communities and delivering an amazing experience to every customer, every time. Requirements

• Recent experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• High level of integrity in both professional and personal conduct
• Growth mindset with a desire to continuously improve
• Ability to stay organized and perform well under pressure
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Reliable and consistent in attendance and performance
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation after hours as needed

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and accurately enter customer information in ServiceTitan in real time
• Deliver a great customer experience and build strong, lasting relationships
• Communicate clearly and positively with field technicians and help coordinate their schedules
• Dispatch and support technicians throughout the day to keep operations running smoothly
• Manage multi-day and multi-vendor projects from start to finish
• Support your team with a positive, team-first attitude
• Step in and assist teammates when needed
