About The Position

Responsible for assisting and servicing customers on the phone and online.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Nice To Haves

• 6 months to 1 year of related job experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer customer product questions using product knowledge and catalogue.
• Inform customers of prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customers.
• Watch email and other digital mediums for incoming orders.
• Be familiar with customer special requirements.
• Enter customer order data into computer system.
• Solicit sales of new or additional services.
• Prepare customer reports.
• Prepare orders for warehouse processing.
• Maintain files for order-related paperwork in an organized manner.
• Address customer complaints or escalate if necessary.
• Process refund requests when appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned.
