About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for its Chandler, Arizona store. The role involves providing fast, friendly customer service in a fast-paced retail environment while helping maintain store standards. Employees work in different areas of the store, both inside and outside, and may assist with the food program. The schedule is flexible and may include days, evenings, overnights, and weekends. The position offers task variety, paid comprehensive training, and opportunities for career advancement. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

Provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Work at a quick pace while remaining engaged and positive.
Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may require climbing a ladder.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the store's food program.
Work in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to help maintain store appearance and standards.
Attend onsite regularly and predictably.
Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
