About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative at its Sanford, North Carolina store. The role involves serving customers in a fast-paced retail environment and working across different areas of the store, both inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service. Shifts are available evenings and overnights. The company offers paid comprehensive training and opportunities for career advancement.

Requirements

Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands; this work requires eye-hand coordination and may require climbing a ladder.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide excellent customer care.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the food program.
Work in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and standards.
Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Communicate and interact with customers while working with the team to accomplish daily tasks.
Work at a quick pace and contribute ideas to solve problems.
