About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for its Forsyth, Illinois store. The role involves greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, making purchase suggestions, and sometimes assisting with the food program. Representatives work throughout the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly customer service. The position includes daily interaction with customers and teamwork on store tasks. Regular, predictable onsite attendance is required. Evening availability on weekdays and weekends is required.

Requirements

• Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
• Ability to work at a quick pace and as part of a team.
• Ability to think quickly and offer suggestions.
• Availability for evening shifts on weekdays and weekends.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities
