About The Position
Customer Service Representatives greet customers, answer phones, provide customer service, and prepare pizzas quickly and accurately. They operate the cash register, collect payments, follow portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures, and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant. They must maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards and may perform other duties as assigned. The role offers a flexible schedule, but team members must be willing to work when needed, including busy weekends and holidays. Applicants must be at least 16 years old. The position may provide opportunities for growth, including into management. The work involves standing for most tasks, walking short distances, and sometimes sitting to complete paperwork. Tasks may involve lifting and carrying supplies and ingredients, moving trays on dollies, and occasionally climbing stairs or ladders. The work environment may include temperature extremes, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts, and varying or adverse weather during outside tasks or deliveries. Some delivery duties may involve driving, walking, and climbing stairs.
Requirements

- Meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing or pulling trays, and occasional stair or ladder climbing.
