About The Position

StarHire is assisting Core Collision of TX in finding a versatile and professional Customer Service Representative to manage the administrative and client-facing aspects of their collision repair facility in Kyle, TX. This is a high-priority, fast-paced, and multi-tasked environment where you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and the operational anchor of the shop floor, playing a critical role in keeping daily operations running smoothly.

  • An active desire to support cross-functional shop needs and the ability to pivot fluidly as daily priorities shift.
  • Polished verbal communication skills, comfortable handling phone traffic and interacting with diverse clients and insurance partners in person.
  • Agile in adapting to multiple computer operating systems, diagnostic log systems, and scheduling platforms.
  • Humble: Eager to learn, coachable, lacks ego, and values collective success.
  • Hungry: Self-motivated, proactive, and possesses high personal drive to add value without constant supervision.
  • Smart: High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to naturally read customer and colleague dynamics.
  • A clean driving record is required.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome incoming clients, initiate claim document routing, handle preliminary drop-off logistics, and provide empathetic support throughout the vehicle repair cycle.
  • Manage incoming multi-line telephone traffic, handle general correspondence, and maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front lobby environment.
  • Execute data entry, update specialized collision management platforms, perform file auditing, and support vehicle delivery documentation.
  • Perform local driving to transport customers to or from the facility during vehicle drop-offs or pickups.
