Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer-facing experience required
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills.
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience preferred
  • Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred.
  • Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
  • College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, messages, billing questions, and policy updates, while offering recommendations.
  • Resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Stay informed about GEICO’s products and identify cross-selling opportunities to assist customers.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions.
