About The Position

The Customer Service Representative is an outdoor, hands-on role at an airport rental location, assisting customers throughout the rental and vehicle return process. Duties vary by location and may include checking vehicles, entering information on a handheld device, processing rentals for loyalty customers, assisting customers at exit gates, and checking in vehicles at return. The representative provides professional and friendly service to support a smooth, efficient, and positive customer experience. The role requires regular onsite presence and cannot be performed remotely.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.
• Effective verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Customer-first mindset and genuine desire to help people create positive experiences.
• Professionalism, patience, and clear communication.
• Willingness to work outdoors and stay active.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot; enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods; and drive a variety of vehicles.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to maintain regular onsite presence; the position cannot be performed remotely.

• Six months of retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
