About The Position

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative works in person at a Titlemax store in Norcross, Georgia, helping community members access financial services and providing a high-quality in-store experience. The role builds relationships with customers, processes transactions such as check cashing, money transfers, and customer payments, and supports customer account management. The company provides hands-on on-the-job training, coaching, and development opportunities, with potential for career advancement across its brands. This is an in-person, full-time position requiring at least 40 hours per week and regular attendance, including weekends. The role involves working in a dynamic, fast-paced store environment and may include duties outside the office, such as vehicle appraisals, errands, and external marketing. The position pays $15.00 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional demeanor with customers and colleagues.
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to enter data accurately.
Proficiency using phones, point-of-sale systems, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
At least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a personal vehicle for use during the workday; mileage is compensated.
Successful completion of a background check, conducted and considered in accordance with applicable law.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including frequently remaining stationary and standing up to 90% of the time, moving or transporting up to 25 pounds, moving inside and outside the store, and operating mechanical controls such as a keyboard.

Nice To Haves

Experience in check cashing, document verification, and/or money order processing.
Prior cash handling and cash drawer or vault management experience.
Bilingual English/Spanish skills; may be required for certain locations.

Responsibilities

Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business.
Review, validate, and accurately process customer transactions.
Offer personalized financial services to support customer success.
Enter and maintain customer information accurately in a point-of-sale system.
Complete daily call campaigns to build new business.
Support customer account management and collections by accepting payments and managing appointments.
Perform duties outside the office where applicable, including on-site vehicle appraisals, store errands, and external marketing.
Participate in in-store and community events.
Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the store.
Follow store security protocols and proper opening and closing procedures, including managing the vault and cash drawer as needed.
Comply with company policies and procedures and applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Participate in ongoing training and stay current on product and process changes.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet individual and team performance standards.
Complete additional tasks as directed by leadership.
Maintain a full-time schedule of at least 40 hours per week, with regular in-person attendance including weekends.
