About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to provide fast, friendly service in a fast-paced retail store. The role includes interacting with customers, supporting sales and cashiering, and helping maintain the store’s appearance and standards. Representatives work throughout the store, inside and outside, and may assist with the food program. The position offers task variety, training, flexible schedules, and opportunities for career growth.

Requirements

Ability to provide friendly customer service and communicate with customers.
Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Ability to think quickly and offer suggestions.
Ability to meet the stated physical requirements, including standing or walking for up to 8 hours and lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, grasping, reaching, and manipulating objects.
Regular and predictable onsite attendance.

Responsibilities

Greet customers, operate the register, and handle cashiering.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Provide excellent customer care and friendly service.
Sometimes work with the store’s food program.
Work in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain appearance standards and support store operations.
Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Collaborate with the team to accomplish daily tasks and goals.
Identify problems and offer ideas or suggestions to address them.
