The Customer Service Representative (CSR) reports to the Store Manager and is responsible for assisting the Management Team in the overall operation, cleanliness, maintenance, inventory, and cash control of the location. This role involves providing excellent customer service, ensuring adherence to cash handling policies, restocking items, upselling products, and resolving customer issues. The CSR also assists in training new employees, managing grocery orders, maintaining product displays, providing feedback on store areas, completing reports, and processing vendor orders. Additionally, the role includes inspecting facilities, managing price changes, and documenting safety or maintenance issues. The CSR may also be asked to perform other related tasks as determined by management.
