About The Position

Sycamore Veterinary Hospital is growing and seeking one to two Part-Time Customer Service Representatives to help deliver exceptional care and an outstanding client experience. This role is crucial as Client Service Representatives are often the first and last impression of the hospital. The ideal candidate will bring positivity, professionalism, and a passion for helping others while ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. This position offers flexible scheduling, including weekday afternoons/evenings and 1-2 Saturdays per month, with no Sundays or holidays, promoting an excellent work-life balance.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
Answer a multi-line phone system and provide exceptional customer service
Schedule appointments across multiple doctors and services
Check patients in and out efficiently
Process invoices and payments accurately
Create and send client communications with strong attention to grammar and detail
Make follow-up calls, appointment reminders, and client outreach
Navigate multiple software platforms with confidence
Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to keep the hospital running smoothly
Help maintain an organized, positive, and efficient front desk
