About The Position

At the LCBO, we always have the right spirit! Do you? The LCBO is looking for Summer Customer Service Representatives available to work between May 4, 2026 and September 7, 2026. We are looking for great people who are passionate about delivering an engaging customer experience that keeps our customers coming back. If you’re interested in becoming a friendly and helpful go- to expert in our retail stores for Summer 2026 then this role is for you! As part of your paid training, you will learn about store operations, customer service, and product knowledge: wine, beer, ciders and spirits. As an LCBO Customer Service Representative, you will have a chance to inspire others and share your knowledge with our customers.

Requirements

• Comfortable working with people (teammates and customers)
• Must be legally allowed to work in Canada (have a valid SIN, Student, or Work Permit)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Agree to complete a Criminal Background Check, at your own expense, before starting work with the LCBO
• Required Availability: Friday (5:00 PM – Close), Saturday and Sunday (available all day for a 4 to 8 hour shift)
• Required Availability: Long Weekend Victoria Day weekend, Canada Day weekend, Civic Holiday weekend, Labour Day weekend

• Bilingualism (English and French) is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Serve customers using our cash register system, promptly, courteously and responsibly, providing a positive and memorable customer experience
• Ask for donations for our partner charities (our Spirit of Sustainability Campaign)
• Participate in customer experience and postal code surveys
• Receive product, replenish it on the shelves, face-up products
• Ensure our store is clean, organized and safe for all (clean up spills and broken bottles)
• Lift cases of various sizes and weights (up to 40 lbs/18 kg) repeatedly while standing for long periods
