About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to provide fast, friendly service in a fast-paced retail environment. The role involves working throughout the store, both inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and serve customers. Representatives work with an energetic team and may assist with the food program. The position offers flexible schedules, weekly pay, weekly bonus potential, paid comprehensive training, and opportunities for career advancement.

Requirements

• Ability to sell products and provide excellent customer care.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly manner.
• Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and solve problems.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands; this work requires eye-hand coordination and may involve climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer care.
• Operate the register and cashier.
• Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
• Sometimes work with the food program.
• Work in various areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and standards.
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks and provide fast, friendly service.
