About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for its Eastlake, Ohio store. The role involves providing fast, friendly customer service in a fast-paced retail environment and helping maintain high standards for store appearance. Representatives work throughout the store, inside and outside, and may assist with the food program. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

Provide excellent customer care.
Communicate effectively and engage in friendly conversation.
Work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects by hand; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may involve climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the store's food program.
Work in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance standards.
Complete daily tasks as part of an energetic team.
Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
