About The Position

Circle K is hiring a Customer Service Representative to work in a fast-paced store environment and provide friendly, efficient service. The role involves interacting with customers and working with a team to complete daily store tasks. Employees work throughout the store, indoors and outdoors, to maintain store appearance and may sometimes assist with the food program. The position offers flexible schedules, weekly pay, weekly bonus potential, paid comprehensive training, and opportunities for career advancement. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

Provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, using eye-hand coordination; may climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly customer service.
Operate the register and handle cashiering duties.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the store’s food program.
Work throughout the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and standards.
Attend work onsite regularly and predictably.
Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
