About The Position
Join a fast-paced office environment servicing clients daily while working alongside internal teams like purchasing, production and sales to fulfill customer needs.
Requirements
- 3 years customer service in manufacturing industry required
- Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, excel specifically
- Highly organized with multi-taskings skills is required
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor degree preferred
- Prior MRP experience a plus
- Ability to read and understand blueprints is preferred
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer phone calls and emails in a timely fashion
- Answer customer questions and solve problems regarding orders
- Write up and process orders in MRP system
- Organize multiple customer requests simultaneously
- Work with purchasing to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained
- Work with manufacturing to ensure quality and timely delivery of products
- Obtain freight quotes
- Additional admin support as needed
