Greater Valley Health Center is seeking a Dental Patient Access Representative to join their mission-driven team. As a Dental Patient Access Representative, you will play a critical role in creating a positive patient experience. You will be the first point of contact for patients, helping them navigate their dental care journey by scheduling appointments, verifying information, coordinating patient needs, and ensuring accurate documentation. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service will help ensure efficient clinic operations and exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone with professionalism and compassion.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage dental appointments.
  • Collect and verify patient demographic, insurance, and registration information.
  • Accurately document patient interactions and maintain electronic health records.
  • Process patient check-ins and check-outs while ensuring a positive patient experience.
  • Support dental providers and clinical staff by coordinating patient flow and communication.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and organizational policies.
  • Assist patients with questions regarding services, programs, and resources available through Greater Valley Health Center.
