About The Position

Customer Service Representatives support branch and service center operations by providing an outstanding customer experience in person and through various communication channels. The role contributes to business and branch growth and includes customer support, data entry, record maintenance, clerical work, and preparing paperwork for auction day.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through mail, telephone, and direct personal contact.
• Process orders and assignments and enter data into internal computer systems.
• Reference pricing and delivery information.
• Respond to customer questions, inquiries, and requests.
• Set up new records and maintain existing records.
• Perform word processing, filing, and related clerical duties.
• Process paperwork in preparation for auction day and secure necessary approvals.
• Assist with other office duties as needed.
