About The Position
Customer Service Representatives greet customers, answer phones, take orders, provide customer service, operate the cash register, collect payments, and make pizza products quickly and accurately while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures. They help keep the restaurant clean, maintain a professional appearance consistent with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards, and perform other duties as assigned. The role may also involve delivery-related tasks and working in varied conditions, including exposure to hot and cold areas, ovens, food odors, cornmeal dust, and outdoor weather.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Be friendly and comfortable talking to strangers.
- Be a team player with punctuality and a positive attitude.
- Be willing to work when the team needs support, including weekends and holidays.
- Meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for most tasks, walking, occasional lifting and carrying, pushing or pulling trays, and infrequent climbing.
- Be able to work under stress, perform repetitive tasks, follow quality standards, and interact with people.
Responsibilities

- When applicable, carry products during deliveries and travel between the store, delivery vehicle, and customer locations.
