About The Position

The Customer Service Rep promotes Domino’s pizza products, specials, and promotions while providing quality service to internal and external customers by phone and in person. The role also receives cross-training in product and ingredient preparation, store opening and closing procedures, operating the pizza oven, and boxing products for delivery or carryout. Team members are expected to maintain Domino’s grooming, uniform, and appearance standards and contribute to a teamwork-oriented, energetic, and fun atmosphere.

Requirements

• Speak and write clearly.
• Be able to use a computer-based order-entry system.
• Have transportation to and from work to arrive on time for scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Domino’s standards for grooming, uniform, and appearance.
• Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions.
• Receive cross-training in preparing products and ingredients, opening and closing procedures, operating the pizza oven, and boxing products for delivery or carryout.
• Respond with a sense of urgency when answering store phone lines or assisting carryout customers.
• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers over the phone and in person.
• Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun.
