Requirements
- Exceptional fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A minimum English proficiency level of B2 is required.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and timely customer support in Dutch, via calls, email, and/or chats.
- Assist customers with product information, order management, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Resolve complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and resolve complex issues.
