About The Position

Eau Claire Ford Lincoln is seeking a friendly, upbeat Customer Service Advisor for its Quick Lane team. The role is suited to someone who enjoys working with people and teammates, creating a positive customer experience, and working in a fast-paced environment. Automotive knowledge is not required; a strong attitude and a commitment to taking care of people are emphasized.

The position pays $16.50 to $18.50 per hour, plus monthly customer service bonuses. Pay is issued every Friday by direct deposit. This is a full-time role with a Monday-through-Friday schedule from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., plus work every third Saturday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. On weeks when the employee works Saturday, the preceding Monday is off.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain professional and positive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to remain courteous and professional when handling difficult or challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests arriving at the Quick Lane in a timely and friendly manner.
• Communicate vehicle updates and repair recommendations to guests.
• Keep guests informed and answer their questions.
• Help deliver an excellent guest experience from start to finish.
