The Customer Service Representative plays an essential role in our company, striving to meet and exceed expectations by supporting our clients to help them leverage their business. This requires interaction and collaboration with our clients via phone and digital tools. Providing prompt responses, resolving issues, placing orders, and offering product substitutions for upselling and cross-selling to help our clients gain an advantage. This role is a direct link to creating an exceptional experience to encourage repeat business. As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers by educating them on our products and services, answering questions, taking and entering orders, utilizing & maintaining multiple software applications including online order guides and basic troubleshooting, interacting and working with Bunzl’s internal team including sales, service, procurement, warehouse & shipping, and management etc. as required to ensure our customers’ needs are met.
