About The Position
Customer Service Representatives greet customers, answer phones, provide customer service, and prepare pizzas quickly and accurately. The stores are open every day of the year, including weekends and holidays, and employees must be willing to work when needed. Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Be friendly and comfortable talking to strangers.
- Be a team player who is punctual and has a positive attitude.
- Be willing to work when the team needs you, including weekends and holidays.
- Have pep, personality, and people skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take orders with a smile, including when answering the phone.
- Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
- Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, from the customer-facing areas to the back of the store.
- Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
