About The Position

Our Call Center Customer Service Representatives engage directly with customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues to deliver an outstanding experience. As a representative of our valued clients, you will primarily work with ATT customers, providing support and guidance on their inquiries regarding products and services.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset and passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and systems.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in customer service or call center preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm while addressing customer inquiries.
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records to ensure continuity of service.
  • Educate customers about services and promotions to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall service delivery and customer satisfaction.
