About The Position

Nexa is seeking resilient, compassionate, and professional individuals to join their fast-paced, high-volume call center team. This is a full-time, remote position for residents of Arizona. The role involves managing inbound calls for various companies, requiring adaptability to different protocols, data entry, and scripting. Candidates must maintain an empathetic, polite, and professional demeanor, with excellent grammar and clear spoken English. High standards are maintained, and performance will be measured against KPIs including schedule adherence, average wrap time, and quality assurance scores.

Requirements

  • Full-time remote residents in Arizona.
  • Must provide own equipment meeting specifications during new hire period: Windows 11 or higher (Chromebooks, Apple/Mac products, and tablets are not compatible).
  • A wired (Ethernet) internet connection is required (Wi-Fi is prohibited).
  • A professional grade wired headset with microphone.
  • A minimum screen resolution of 1600x900.
  • Ability to type at least 30 WPM.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable with technology.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality service under pressure.

Nice To Haves

  • Two monitors are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls for various companies.
