About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative at Foundever, you’ll support one of the largest financial providers in the U.S. — no cold calling required! This is an inbound call center environment in the comfort of your own home! We offer paid training that will help prepare you for the launch of this new career. A distraction-free and quiet workspace is essential during training and work hours.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Open availability during operating hours a must!
  • Professional customer service aptitude is essential.
  • A distraction-free and quiet workspace is essential during training and work hours.
  • A hardwired high-speed internet connection is required.
  • Webcam video presence will be required during training and production.
  • Cannot be a primary care provider during hours of operation.
  • Must use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets) for the first few days of training before equipment is shipped.
  • Cell phones are not permitted during training.

  • If you reside within 50 miles of our on-site locations, you will be offered an onsite role.
