About The Position

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing or customer service role.

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, handling them in a professional and timely manner via phone, email, and live chat.

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution wherever possible.
  • Maintain precise and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
