Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer-facing or customer service role.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, handling them in a professional and timely manner via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate and clear information regarding our fund and services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution wherever possible.
- Maintain precise and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
