About The Position

The Customer Service Representative (Bilingual) works in person at the Titlemax store in Pantego, Texas, helping customers access financial services and providing a positive in-store experience. The role builds relationships with a diverse customer base and reviews and processes transactions such as check cashing, money transfers, and customer payments. The company provides hands-on training, coaching, and development, with opportunities for career advancement across its brands.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional demeanor with customers and colleagues.
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to enter data accurately.
Proficiency with phones, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
At least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a personal vehicle for use during the workday; mileage is compensated.
Background check required, conducted and considered in accordance with applicable law.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including frequently remaining stationary and standing for up to 90% of the time; moving and transporting up to 25 pounds; moving inside and outside the store; and operating mechanical controls such as a keyboard.

Nice To Haves

Experience in check cashing, document verification, and/or money order processing.
Prior cash handling and cash drawer or vault management experience.
Bilingual English/Spanish skills; this may be required at certain locations.

Responsibilities

Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business.
Review, validate, and process customer transactions accurately.
Offer personalized financial services to support customer success.
Enter and maintain customer information accurately in a Point of Sale (POS) system.
Complete daily call campaigns to build new business.
Assist with customer account management and collections by accepting payments and managing appointments.
Perform duties outside the office where applicable, including on-site vehicle appraisals, store errands, and external marketing.
Participate in in-store and community events.
Maintain store appearance and cleanliness standards.
Follow store security protocols and perform opening and closing procedures, including vault and cash drawer management as needed.
Comply with company policies and procedures and applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Participate in ongoing training and stay current on product and process changes.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet individual and team performance standards.
Perform additional tasks as directed by leadership.
Maintain a full-time schedule with regular in-person attendance, including weekends; the schedule includes at least 40 hours per week.
