At Domino’s, Customer Service Representatives help provide exceptional customer service and make great food. The role contributes to Heightened Time Awareness (HTA): answering every phone within two rings, helping ensure orders enter the oven in less than three minutes, and helping get delivery orders out the door in less than fifteen minutes. These standards depend on the whole team working together. Training includes online courses and hands-on instruction covering products and equipment, especially the Domino’s Pulse point-of-sale order system. The training prepares employees to work as customer service representatives and pizza makers. A separate training program is available for those interested in becoming managers. Representatives are often the first point of contact for phone-in and carryout customers and must communicate in a friendly, professional manner. Employees are expected to demonstrate Domino’s Perfect Image standards at all times. Domino’s provides uniform shirts and hats; employees must supply and wear eligible black pants, shorts, skirts, or capris. Pre-employment screening includes background checks and basic urinalysis drug testing.
