About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative at Store 2741630 in Mesa, Arizona. The role involves serving customers in a fast-paced retail environment, supporting the store’s appearance and standards, and working with an energetic team. Team members may work across different areas of the store, both inside and outside, and may occasionally assist with the food program. Flexible shift availability includes days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Requirements

Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
Ability to work at a quick pace, communicate in a friendly manner, and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the food program.

Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks and goals.
Provide excellent customer care and communicate with customers.
