About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to provide fast, friendly service in a fast-paced retail store. The role involves working in multiple areas of the store, both inside and outside, while helping maintain the store’s appearance and standards. Team members interact with customers throughout the day and work with colleagues to complete daily tasks. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required. The role may also involve working with the store’s food program.

Requirements

• Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
• Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities
