About The Position

The Customer Service Representative provides friendly, fast service in a retail store, greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, making purchase suggestions, and sometimes assisting with the food program. The role involves working in various areas inside and outside the store to maintain appearance standards and complete daily tasks with an energetic team. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required. The position offers flexible scheduling across days, evenings, overnights, and weekends, and is part-time.

Requirements

Provide excellent customer care.

Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may involve climbing a ladder.
