About The Position

We are currently hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives across Mexico to support growing US-based customer support operations. This is a fully remote position for experienced customer service professionals with strong English communication skills, previous US BPO/call center experience, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced support environments. Compensation is $5 USD per hour, paid weekly in arrears as an Independent Contract.

Requirements

  • Engage in live chat and email support.
  • Handle retention and escalations.
