This is a Contract position based out of Remote, OR. The role involves delivering the highest level of customer service experience by answering customer calls, resetting passwords, assisting with account creation, uploading documents, answering general questions, engaging with customers over the phone and via online chat, helping customers manage their accounts, and verifying eligibility for coverages/reviewing healthcare options. The position also requires problem-solving skills to find creative solutions to consumer issues and diagnose/assess/resolve problems in a timely manner. Additionally, the role demands expertise on the company, product, and policies, requiring flexibility, adherence to corporate values, extensive self-study, training, and testing, and adherence to regulated communication guidelines. Administrative duties include inputting customer information into a database and other assigned tasks.
