About The Position

The Customer Service Representative engages with customers through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services. Requirements

  • 18 years of age with a High School diploma/GED
  • 1 year of customer service experience required
  • Able to speak, write and understand English which will be confirmed by an assessment
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  • Operate a computer, keyboard, telephone/headset, and/or other office equipment as essential functions of this position.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in contact center is a plus.

Responsibilities
