About The Position

The Customer Service Representative is the primary point of contact for our customers, managing interactions across multiple platforms with a focus on first-call resolution and service excellence. This role handles customer inquiries, processes orders, provides technical support, and partners with our sales team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements

Associate's degree or higher, OR 1+ years of customer service experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and electronic channels
Handle and resolve customer complaints with a focus on first-call resolution
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to address product and service inquiries
Provide accurate pricing and delivery information
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and databases
Direct unresolved issues to the appropriate internal resources
Present products and identify upselling opportunities
Support the Outside and Inside Sales teams
Adapt to changes in procedures and customer service tools as needed
