About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for its Anniston, Alabama store. The role involves working evenings, with weekday and weekend availability required, in a fast-paced retail environment. Representatives greet customers, operate the register, cashier, suggest purchases, and may assist with the food program. They work throughout the store, inside and outside, to maintain appearance standards and provide fast, friendly service. The role also involves regular, predictable onsite attendance and collaborating with an energetic team on daily store tasks.

Requirements

• Provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
• Work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands; this work requires eye-hand coordination and may require climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.

Responsibilities
