About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a store operated by an independent franchisee. The position offers flexible scheduling and a choice of short or long shifts, with part-time and full-time hours available. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and able to pass a background check. The role involves taking and processing orders, providing customer service, handling money, and performing other in-store tasks. Team members may also unload deliveries, stock shelves, clean, and complete occasional maintenance tasks. Promotional opportunities may include Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, and General Manager.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Ability to follow directives and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work alone and well with others, work under stress, and meet strict quality control standards.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, and make good judgments and decisions.
• Ability to lift and handle deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds, including lifting cases from the floor and stacking them on shelves up to 72 inches high.
• Ability to perform the physical activities described, including climbing occasionally, bending, reaching continuously, and frequent hand use.
• Talking and hearing ability for telephone work; depth perception and near- and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks; ability to distinguish hot from cold surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Take and process orders using verbal, written, and telephone skills.

• Unload product deliveries using a hand truck and lift and stack cases of ingredients and supplies.

• Prepare pizzas, including shaping dough, assembling boxes, and handling pizza tools and equipment.
• Remove trash and perform other outside tasks as needed.
