About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring Customer Service Representatives for a store in Dyersburg, Tennessee. The role involves taking and processing orders, providing customer service, and completing a variety of in-store tasks. Flexible scheduling and short or long shifts are available, with both part-time and full-time hours offered. The position may provide opportunities for promotion to Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, General Manager, and beyond. The store is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, which makes all employment decisions and is the employee’s employer.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Ability to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, provide customer service, analyze and compile data, and make sound judgments and decisions.
Ability to perform the physical duties described, including lifting, bending, reaching, and using hands continuously.

Responsibilities

Take and process orders using verbal, writing, and telephone skills.
Provide excellent customer service and make sound judgments and decisions.
Handle monetary transactions and make correct change.
Perform repetitive tasks and follow directives while meeting quality control standards.
Unload and stock product deliveries, including lifting and shelving cases weighing up to 50 pounds.
Complete store tasks such as cleaning, stocking, changing sign prices, and performing maintenance.
Use pizza preparation tools and equipment to assemble and prepare orders.
