About The Position

The Customer Service Representative works in a fast-paced retail store environment, providing friendly and prompt customer service while supporting store operations. Duties include greeting customers, operating the register and cashiering, making purchase suggestions, and sometimes working with the food program. The role involves working throughout the store, both inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and standards. Representatives interact with customers daily and collaborate with an energetic team to complete store tasks. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

• Provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
• Work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.
