About The Position

Circle K is hiring a Customer Service Representative for its Kennewick, Washington store. The role involves serving customers in a fast-paced retail environment, working across different areas of the store, and helping maintain store appearance and service standards. The position is part-time, with overnight availability on weekdays only, and includes regular onsite attendance. The hiring range is $17.13 per hour.

Requirements

Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the store’s food program.
Work in different areas inside and outside the store to maintain store appearance and standards.
Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
Help solve problems and offer suggestions.
