About The Position

Prairie Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise based in Charlotte, North Carolina, is hiring a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative. The representative serves as a customer-facing voice of the company, taking orders, answering questions, and helping ensure positive customer experiences. The role also involves working with the store team and following Domino’s standards and procedures for pizza preparation, appearance, efficiency, and customer service.
