About The Position

Circle K is hiring a Customer Service Representative for its Deland, Florida store. The role involves greeting customers, operating the register and cashiering, making purchase suggestions, and sometimes working with the food program. Representatives work in different areas inside and outside the store to maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly customer service. The position requires regular and predictable onsite attendance and collaboration with an energetic team to complete daily tasks. Flexible schedules are available for days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Requirements

Provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Work at a quick pace while contributing to a team and accomplishing daily goals.
Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may require climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.
