About The Position

Circle K is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide fast and friendly service in a fast-paced store environment. The role involves greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, suggesting purchases, and sometimes working with the food program. Representatives work throughout the store, inside and outside, helping maintain store appearance and standards while completing daily tasks with an energetic team. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

• Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate through friendly conversation.
• Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
