About The Position
Domino’s is seeking high-energy Customer Service Representatives who enjoy working with people, communicate in a friendly manner, and are motivated to provide a welcoming experience for customers. Representatives serve as a public face of the locally owned Domino’s Pizza and help customers by phone and in person. Part-time candidates work 3–4-hour shifts, 3–4 days per week, assisting during lunch and dinner rushes; full-time positions are also available. After proper training, the role may also include food preparation and other restaurant duties.
Requirements
- Must be at least 15 years old.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers by phone and in person.
- Share menu information with customers and take their orders.
- Assist during lunch and dinner rushes.
- Complete pre-rush preparation.
- Clean.
- Make pizzas.
- Tend the oven.
- Expedite delivery orders after receiving proper training.
